How long do you think 3 glasses of wine would stay in your system? Random question but I'm curious.

    2 hours per drink

Add your total drinks and multiply by 2. (Ex. 3 drinks x 2 = 6 hour elimination) This simple formula maximizes blood alcohol gain (BAC) at .025 g/dl per drink and minimizes rate of elimination at .013 g/dl per hour. Further, it assumes the entire quantity was consumed all at one time while, in fact, elimination has been ongoing from the first drink. Using this formula you should obtain the maximum time for elimination of systemic ethanol*. Likewise this is applicable to both male and female.

Of course, your bladder is the last stop for alcohol and it remains there until urination.

For a more precise guess would need to know your age, gender, height, weight and period across which drinks were consumed.

*This applies to measurable ethanol only. It does not apply to metabolites, bio-markers, such as EtG, GGT, CDT, etc.

In alcohol testing a urinalysis can be performed to check for alcohol (ethanol) which has a detection time of under 24 hours in most cases. The UA can also be used to check for ethylglucuronide (EtG). EtG tests extend the time of detection substantially, in the general range of 3 days, and in exceptional cases even longer.

If this is just a random question because of curiosity, why is it in the addictions forum?
