My girlfriend wants to quit smoking. She is 39 and has been smoking for over 20 years. Can you help me plan a routine to help ween her off cigarettes?

Check with quit smoking.com, most of all Marlboro cigs, have ads in them that give you a great site to go one, I just joined the ranks, and joined the site, and have someone who will talk to me on line or on the phone when I'm nicking... it's hard, but sooooo worth it, tell her to look up help with not smoking online there's tons of help for free. If she wants a partner I'm new enough to help out with the initial problems... Talking, exercising, running, cooking, being a pain in the butt to my non smoking hubby... chewing on straws, gum, celery... you name it, I'm doing it! Tell her there's a lot of us out there, get someone to team with her!
