Hi I was just assigned a In-Hom smart start breathalyzer by my court po till I can prove that I am not guilty which I am not thank God I have a very good lawyer.. Other than that I blow in it between 5am and 8am then in between 5pm and 8pm then in between 10pm and 12 pm. What I want to ask is how can enjoy maybe 3 or 2 beers other than not drinking at all?

Simple you can't. If you really were not guilty and really want to prove it... you stop drinking. If you are not an alcoholic... it would be very, very easy to do.

There's absolutely no way for you to get away with even having one beer. Heck, cough medicine could give you a positive reading.

If you don't have a drinking problem, and you're not supposed to drink, and want to prove your innocence, then it's very easy, don't drink.
