I've been taken one and a half vics for the past year once a day in the morn I don't take them on the weekends and I haven't taken them in about 2 days will I pass a drug test at concentra on the third day

Will you pass, assuming you have a prescription for the drug merely notify them, if you are using them illegally, of course you will not pass

I work out five days a week in pretty good shape I only use do to a knee problem but I got hooked in the process

Standard elimination time for Hydrocodone is in the vicinity of 3 days (ave.) but it could be as little as 8 hours.

Concentra does a lot of employment testing and if this is a standard drug screen it quite possible that the Vicodin won't be detected. The basic panels use a cutoff of 2000 for opioids which is too high to detect the semi-synthetics. It could come down to the type of test used.
