Male 5'7, 130 lbs, good shape, fast metabolism. Am tested Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:30 p.m. Are there any ways to get it out of your system? I was thinking maybe I can have about 5 drinks, preferably beers, on a Friday or Saturday until about 9:00 p.m. than drink water and exercise and have a chance of it not coming up on the test on Monday.
