    Actually in Court, no. Is that what you are asking?

    Can the Judge order a full test panel? Yes.

    Drug courts, with few exceptions, will prohibit and test for alcohol use regardless of the substance(s) associated with the original offense.

    These alternative sentencing programs usually require total abstinence from all intoxicating substances* and alcohol is the most commonly abused intoxicant.
