    Cigarette addiction
    I can't tel if I'm addicted to cigaretes or not, how can I be sure?

    If you aren't sure, quit before you are totally hooked. Tobacco kills people. When you're addicted, you won't need to ask.

    Cigarette is bad bad bad for health. Addiction or not, it's best not to smoke.

    If you really want to know if you're addicted, try not smoking any more. If you feel like wanting to smoke, then you know you are addicted to it. If you don't, then don't smoke at all. :)

    Nicotine is one of the most addicting substances known to man. If you've gotten over the initial coughing fits (your body telling you NOOOOO), and you inhale, and you BUY cigarettes, you're addicted.

    If you think that you're addicted, then you are. If you're here, asking THAT question, you're addicted. If you smoke everyday, then you're addicted.

    Now that you know, what are you going to do about it?

    It is so true. If you can stop smoking without the cravings and wanting to smoke again, then you're not addicted. However, I've never heard of a smoker not addicted.

    Hi, marley23!

    Try not smoking a cigarette for a month. If you feel that you must have one within that month, then you're addicted, in one way or the other.

    Nicotine is bad. I know, because I'm addicted to it. I'm not a smoker, though.

    I do have a friend who smokes, but it's just every once in awhile. I'm not sure that she's truly addicted. She goes for many weeks without smoking a cigarette.

    I'm sure that how often a person smokes and how much they smoke when they do so has a lot to do with the individual personality of the person as well as the chemical make-up of the person.
