    Is a positive reading of .30% using the saliva ALCO-SCREEN test strip a level to be determined "intoxicated"?

    It would, and then some. But is a preliminary estimation of EtOH level and must be confirmed. That is as high as ALCO-Screen goes. Almost 4 times level of impairment.

    The .30 is a supposed equivalent of BAC. Any figure above .08 indicates impairment.
