I am the committee member of the society , I want to ask u what types of account books required in initial stage for maintaing accounts of society.

That's not enough info. It's going to depend on where you're at, what this society is, how big it is... if you aren't required to file any tax returns, then there are not "requirements" about what books you keep... it would basically then come down to whatever you want to do.
