I don't see a bank account balance here (cash account). Also, what is "set of plan collected"?

It's very difficult to know why it might be off since we can't tell which column you have what in. An easy solution is writing (dr) and (cr) on each one so we can see where they're supposed to be at.

In addition to what cooch said, there's some other odd looking things here. There's no such account as "partial payment." What's that mean? "Drafting Assistant" - is that some piece of equipment I've never heard of or is that supposed to be a person? If that's a person, I think you mean Salaries Expense. "Settle Accounts Payable" is also not an account. It's a transaction.

The accounts are also out of order. They should be in this order: assets, liabilities, equity, revenue & expense.

I see no revenue. I see things that look like they are probably expenses, but should say "expense" on them. (Putting words like "expense" on stuff shows what type of account it is.)

I'm sorry to say that I think something went wrong before you got to this part.
