    Tax return
My wife lived in Italy through 2008. I lived in California. My wife has no income. I am filing married filing separately. My income for 2008 is 127,00. Why does my tax return show 2 exemptions and also my exemption I thought should show 3500 but it states on my 1040 it is in excess of 6,000. I am very confused to the point whereby my tax return is wrong. Can anyomne help.

The person who filled out your Tax Return is the only person who has these answers. What info did you provide to that person?

You say you ARE filing; then you said it DOES show... so I'm confused, too.
