    Provision of final dividend is to be recorded in the balance sheet in the year of dec
    Company declares final dividend for the f.y. 2011-12.

    Declaration date is 10th sept. 2012.

    Wheather provision to this effect should be made in the financial statement of f.y. 2011-12

    Yes certainly there should be a provision for dividends payable
