    Assets, Liabilities, Dividends, etc.

    What is the formula to determine the following:

    Assets decreased by $25,000 during the period. Liabilities increased by $15,000 during the period. Cash dividends declared during the period were $52,000. Expenses were $194,900. Revenue for the period was.

    a. $199,100
    b. $218,900
    c. $206,900
    d. $182,100

    c. $206,900

    Jan 1 = 100 = 50 + 50
    Dec 31 = 75 = 65 + 10 (decrease of 40)

    Beg 50,000
    + Revn??
    - Exp 194,900
    - Div 52,000
    End 10,000

    Revenues = 206,900
