    What are you referring to? I've never heard of any such thing. I tried googling "uttara" and I see it's both a company and a place (and therefore also the name of a high school and college), so that doesn't really explain anything.

    This may be something specific to some country that I know nothing about. Is this supposed to be related to accounting?
