    In an offering - when are the common shares considered outstanding?
    In an offering - when are the common shares considered outstanding in calculating Basic EPS? Our Prospectus was considered effective and our stock started trading on Friday 12/3/10, but the shares were not issued and money was not excahnged until Wednesday 12/8/10?
