    Non-traceable costs are not allocated to the various?
    If non-traceable costs are not allocated to the various operating units within an organization, who ends up paying these costs?

    Non traceable fixed costs, (NTC), are costs associated with running the business, but not attributed to a specific client. You can add up all of these costs and attach them to each client based on how much % of revenue they represent.
