More efficient and accurate reporting for HR?
I知 doing a bit of research for my own HR team, and I知 hoping to get some suggestions from other HR Professionals.

We池e looking to automate several of our work processes, as currently we doing a lot of the work manually through data entry or Excel manipulation. It's inefficient, and we like efficiency. Reporting is the name of the game.

We want to be able to generate reports on our performance evaluations, bonuses, exit interviews, and what have you so we can analyze trends and common occurrences. As we are a government contractor, we are constrained to the current HRIS system we use (oh what I would give to be working in PeopleSoft!) We are interested purchasing reporting software that can meet our analytical needs. Preferably, this is something where our managers could submit performance evaluation data directly into the system, our Generalist could input Exit interview data directly, and we could use generate reports based upon that. For reference, we are a mid sized (650~ employees) international company but primarily US.

Can you recommend any reporting software you use or you may know of that could meet our needs? I知 doing research online and talking to sales reps as well, but getting input and recommendations from people who use such software would be phenomenal. Thank you in advance!
