    How do you calculate the dividends on a financial statement?
    If on Jan 1, 2008 the Yates Company had assets of $110,000, liabilities of 50,000,stockholder's equity of 60,000, and on December 31,2008 had assets=137,00, liabilities=75,000, stockholder's equity=62,000, and the additional investment is 15,000, total revenues are 420,000, and total expenses are 385,000, how do you calculate the missing dividends? Also, assuming the retained earnings is 20,000, and the net income is 35,000 what will the dividends and ending retained earnings be?
