    Grantor Trust has been using the 1099 method of filing.
    The grantor has died. A 1041 needs to be filed for income earned after the grantors death.Question: What box needs to be checked on the 1041 for the type of trust Grantor-Simple -Complex ?

Revocable Trust (Grantor) Trust w/3rd party trustee [ 2 Answers ]
