Converting from Accrual to Tax basis for tax return
My company carries a Mortgage payable, Building, and Accum Depreciation on its books. I have been tasked with getting 2010 ready to go to the CPA and am trying to figure out where the net of +/- $5800 goes. That is Building - Accum Dep - Mortgage Payable.
