    Generate report in access
    I have table like this,

    Month Staffname Staffno AmountPaid
    Oct Ravi 001 1000.00
    Oct Nimal 002 1500.00
    Nov Ravi 003 1600.00
    Nov Nimal 004 700.00

    Nov I have to generate report like this:

    Staffname Staffno total Oct Nov
    Ravi 001 2600.00 1000.00 1600.00
    Nimal 002 2200.00 1500.00 700.00

    How can I get this report

    Use the Query wizard and create a Crosstab query. Then create a report based on that query.
