    How can I lose 50 pounds in 5 weeks?
    I want to get to 219.I know this isn't possible and isn't in a healthy way, but I'm 13 years old and I weigh like 290 or a little bit more, I don't know exactly, and I really need to do this in 5 weeks, or at least get me to 240 pounds. I hate how I am, it sucks! I need your help, in 5 weeks. I'm going to try even though it's very dangerous! :(

    No you can not lose 50 lbs in 5 weeks. Even 5 months would be pushing it. It has to be done property not to hurt you and if not done properly you will lose muscle not fat. Next it comes back on faster if not done right.

    Well I weigh 115 and I'm 12 and I want to lose 50 pounds for this cheer thing and right after there is a dance I have a high matablizm so this should be easy but it is NOT! But... I work out every night and I do the following...
    1.eat healthy and if you eat A lot of snacks in between meals cut down a little bit you don't have to stop but cut down and that will lose some of your belly weight
    2. portions your portions of the food you at is INPORTANT! You don't want to eat like two huge bowls of macoroni cause that is going to gie you fat but don't stop eating because if you do than you will lose all your muscle weight (muscle weight makes you look toned) and gain fat weight
    And I don't know if your like me but you want the beach body toned look? But that's what my goal is
    3.cardio dance move your body run stretch do sports exc
    4.strength life the smal weights lay flat on your belly and see how far you can life your right arm and left leg at the same time
    5.increase strength
    6.improve long term health
    With this workout pans in a month or two you should be tine!!
