    How can I calculate reducing sugar from cellulase enzyme?
    I will like to know how to calculate amount of reducing sugar produced from cellulase activities using DNS method by miller et al. 1959.

    You'll have to provide more information than that. I've never read Miller et al (1959). Write the chemical equation and the method and I'll try to help.
