    No show to court.
    If I don't go to court in wisconsin(siren to be exact) I live in the twin cities in Minnesota, will they extradite for a warrant? The charge is misdemeanor 3rd dui.

    Really not that far away, most likely yes,

    It is really a coin toss sometimes, we would often stop people who warrants of all sorts, we call it in, detain the person, and wait for the other state to tell us what they will do. It can often even come down to who is working when you get stopped, one supervisor may say yes bring them, another may say no for some reason.

    Also if they stop you today and they say no, if they stop you tomorrow, they will still detain you and check again
