    Vaginal Pain
I have a somewhat thick piece of skin hanging from the inside of my vagina about two centimeters out and it feels attached.
I also have very painful periods, heavy menstrual flow, extreme anal pain sometimes, groin pain, diarrhea, nausea, constant fatigue, the feeling like I always have to urinate and after I do urinate I sometimes feel an almost burning sensation like I have to urinate again right after.
    Is this normal?

No its not normal. It sounds like UTI (urinary track infection) but it can be any other infection. Its better to show to the doctor, before it grows more, she can give you some antibiotics or some medicine which will give you relief from those burning sensation. Drink more and more water, eat yogurts. Don't hold the need to use rest room, sometimes when you hold it too much it can also be the cause of that burning sensation.
I don't know about the hanging skin problem, I suggest you should show to the doctor ASAP.
    Hope it helps.

Okay thank you. I drink lots of water and eat yogurt plus I'm an athlete so I'm always working out.Since I was little I've had the painful periods, but now I get cramp-like pain all the time. Could that just be my body still changing and stuff?I have an appointment with my doctor on the 30th of this month. Thanks again!

Are you sure you are not looking at your clitoris and the area around it that protects it ? You really must get some education about your private parts my dear. There can be nothing, 'hanging out'.

From your description appears you have a urinary tract infection (that is from your urethra) not your vagina. We women have three holes to keep track of and better for you if you educate yourself.

I know where my clitoris is so yes, I know I am not looking at my clitoris. I went to the doctors and checked and do not have a UTI. They are doing more tests because I was informed there is something wrong and may need a surgical treatment.

    Here is some tips
Rinsing the area with cool water, particularly after urination and sexual activity
Soaking in cool or warm sitz baths
Using topical ice packs wrapped in a towel
Avoiding pools or hot tubs with chlorinated water
Keeping the vulvar area dry and clean
Avoiding food that can make the urine more irritating to the skin of the genital area. These foods include beans, berries, nuts, and chocolate

You could have several problems here, on the other hand it maybe a case of one irritating another. You don't have a urinary infection but still feel the need to pass water immediately after just going, maybe you have- urethra syndrome- which is the tube that passes the urine to the outside of the body it can give the same symtons as a urinary infection... stinging, urgency to go again, soreness,if this is the case then do not use perfumed products in this area, wear loose underwear,no tight jeans etc... do not sit and soak in the bath especially with added perfumes or soaps, avoid anything that may irritate even certain foods mainly acid type... juices, onions, spices and so on.Cranberry juice is very good to drink for this.

You could also have a -caruncle- which is a fleshy lump just sitting inside the urethra, this could prevent the bladder from emptying properly which could cause infection soreness, pain especially having intercourse.Basically the same as above loose clothing no perfumes or soaps in this area no swimming or soaking in a bath.Estrogen cream is usually perscribed for this in older women due to the menopause but you sound young so probably different.can be caused by all kinds of things.

You could also have piles- again caused by all sorts of things ,which can be easily treated but would cause anal pain maybe abdominal pain also and so on.

These are just some of the things that you may or may not be suffering from,I am not a doctor for an accurate diagnoses you must continue to seek his advice and care
