Is an eviction grounds for custody change?
Ex received eviction notice yesterday, and since my last attempt of modification was denied with the judge stating that 27 days absent from school is not substantial enough and that my 6 yr old son having 1,000.00 dentist bill is my ex meeting the child's needs.

Will his eviction be grounds for emergency custody? I am paid up on support and in fact dad is in contempt right now owing me money for travel expenses.

An eviction order MIGHT be grounds if he doesn't have some place to go to. If he does, then I doubt it.
