Hi doc,

I am a 25 yea old and been trying to get pregnant for the past six months was on clomid for the last three months but nothing happened. I had been diagnosed with pcos and when I squeeze my nipples milk comes out. Am currently taking the following viamins

Prenatal folic acid
Zinc and magnesium
Agnus catus vitex help
Royal jelly
Primrose oil and starfloer oil
Mum omega
B complex
Selenium a c e
vitamin c

Hope its OK . However I have been spotting for the past one week red blood but not heavy a flow to need a pad but stains my panties, am also conscious of my meal am also execrcsing to loose some weight.I really want to know if this spotting is normal and if there is any other thing I can do or vitamins to increase my chances.

I know when I started spotting I took a pregnancy test and it was positive have you taken one yet :) Good luck it took us 1 year and we have beautiful baby girl :)
