Dating a Minor
I live in Indiana. The legal age of consent is 16 and my girlfriend turned 16 in January. We have been dating for almost 2 years now. I'm 18, but her mom has papers saying we are allowed to date. My ? Is will I get in trouble if we have sexual intercourse, or if she gets pregnant??

If the age of consent is 16 and you are both either 16 or over you can have sex and have no trouble with the law. Please use protection and educate yourselves about sex before you make any big decisions about doing it. Make the right decision for you both. The best protection really is abstinence!
