    Balance in Unearned Revenue
    The journal entry to adjust the balance in unearned revenue is?
    My unearned revenue is $5700
    Salaries owed but not paid at December 31 was $2000 How do I adjust unearned revenue?
    a. $2000 debit, Unearned Revenue; $2000 credit, revenue
    b. $2000 debit, revenue; $2000 credit unearned revenue
    c. $3700 debit, unearned revenue; $3700 credit unearned revenue
    d. $3700 debit, revenue; $3700 credit, unearned revenue equipment.
    My answer is c. can you tell me if its correct.
