    How to get rid of steroid spots.
    Im on steroids every month as part of my treatment, I take them, get really bad spots then they just clear as I go back on them again! Its really annoying, I'm very image conscious. Anyone have any ideas about creams/lotions or potions that can help?:)

    I'm just coming of steroid for the first time after finishing my course and I've started to get spots on my back, how long do they stay there 4 ? I've been told that sun beds help them go away
