    I can't sleep.
I have started staying up to 7 AM. The next day it was 8 AM. Next day it was 9 AM. Next day it was 5 hours later (2 PM). I really need to start going to bed early again (at least 11:30). I have a lot to do and I have to start waking up at a normal time. The only problem is I can't.. Its like sleeping at a normal time is not possible for me anymore..
    Any suggestions?

Sometimes to get myself back on track I don't even go to sleep at all, and then the next night I'll be tired enough to go to sleep at a normal time :)

I am the same way guys, lol! Yeah depriving yourself of sleep for a day will definitely help when night time rolls around. You just have to give it time and your body will eventually get itself back on track again. Try setting up a bedtime relaxation routine.

Take a warm bath right before bed, and avoid doing things that will stimulate your brain right before bed, such as get on the computer, watch TV, etc.

Oh crap... I'm on the computer! Lmao.
Plus I have to so called "summer reading" which is horrible because they give you the books that make you want to not fall asleep and they make you want to kill yourself. Lol
