What to do?
My girlfriend broke up with me about 3 weeks ago. We were together for almost 2 yrs and I miss her and still love her. Don't think she even cares anymore but I want her back. I haven't been able to sleep or eat right since then and don't have any motivation. I'm 35 and shell be 30 soon. Like I said I want her back just have a feeling she might not feel the same.

You need to listen to yourself.

Doesn't make much sense, does it?
Stop all contact with her, and you'll move on and start to think clearly again.

If you really have nuts. Then go NC now.
Bold move. For you. Do it.
Its either now or later.

You do nothing until the shock wears off, and the emotional dust settles except to leave her alone until your head gets clear as to what happened to you.

Is there any chance to get that love of your life back?

Sure it is. By building a life that you enjoy, with friends, family and activities that makes you happy. Then you will have the confidence, and strength that a loving feeling always brings, and share it with someone that deserves it, and knows what to do with it.
If not the ex, then with someone better for you. Right now you are to hurt to do anything but grieve.

Even though we are broken up is it OK to send her flowers or something saying just thinking of you on her birthday? Or should I not even bother? I mean I heard from a mutual friend that she told co workers that she doesn't want me back but I don't know.

When is her birthday? What if she doesn't respond? What if all you get is a thanks?
Can you handle any of it? I will be honest, as long as you expect nothing in return, and are prepared for nothing to change, why NOT?
But if you think flowers on her birthday will mean she may change her mind, or even considering it, just forget it, because that will be very painful and miserable when it doesn't happen, plus that's a desperate thought on your part.

Personally, I wouldn't.
For me, when someone dumps you, they no longer deserve anything from you.

So it's been like a month since I've seen or heard from my ex. I saw her drive by me last night on my way to meet my friends at a club. My anxiety went threw the roof wondering if she was going to the same place. She didn't but was only a block away. I want to text her and tell her I miss her is that wrong to do? Would that get her mad?

That should get you mad, you catch a glimpse, have a feeling, and now you want to go back ward? Let it pass and do nothing. Or find something else to do.
