He faces problem in physics numericals like those involving pulley mass relationships, mechanics and vectors. I asked him to read as many books as he can but he said that he can't get any book that EXPLAINS him the facts. All the books just have the facts and formulae and he can't get his concepts cleared. That is why he wants an e-tutor, not just a site that has the study material but also the one that has a person who can clear his doubts online..
    So please help him.

India is full of very smart people who are engineers. Is there someone like that who could tutor him in person? The teacher might know of someone or even help him himself. Or is cost a problem? I will also check for online tutors.

Yes, that's true, India has talents, but actually, his parents work there, so they don't know many people there. Cost isn't a problem, but he is not finding the resources only.
So the only option is internt...
    Plese help him...
