    Turn signals and hazards don't work... already changed the electronic flasher.
    I have changed the electronic flasher and they still won't come on

    The link shows Hazzard a likely culprit, I would also suspect the signal head.
    Turn signals and hazzards are on different fuses. Turn signal is Ignition switched and Hazzard has a constant hot.
    Those 2 items(hazzard switch, signal head) are common to both.
