    I crave strawberries and watermelon in the summer and ice cream in the winter.

    Now I'm craving homemade beer bread with my homemade chili.

    Homemade chicken and dumplings! Or anything... my doctor put me on a steriod dose pack for a bad sciatica nerve thing. I can't wait till I'm finished because I'm eating everything. Ugh.

    For dinner last night? I fried pork chops and fried potatoes, green beans and applesauce!

    Caramel Cream Sandwiches

    I slice off two 1" thick slabs of vanilla ice cream.

    Then use caramel sauce , or make caramel , or melt the cubes.
    And put a layer on the ice cream, then the other slab of ice cream to make the sandwich .

    Wrap it up in foil and put in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

    Take it out and pop it into a good size bowl and dump 1/2 bottle or as much as the bowl will hold of...

    Irish Cream

    Garnish with 1/2 shot Grand Marnier in a puddle along one side of the sandwich.

    A straw and spoon combination required for efficient intake.

    I am seriously drooling right now Martin, I am so getting some ice cream on grocery day!

    Had the biggest craving for chinese honey chicken today, so guess what we had for dinner :D
