    Unable to get rid of logo
    Someone sent me a message with the logo of a guy blowing bubbles in the shape of hearts. Now, I am unable to get rid of it. I have turned off the PC, tried to delete, remove, undo. It is embedded in the emails I send and shows up every time I open a new message, Have w7 64 bit and ie9.
    Help, help, help, to get rid of this monster.

    Download the free version of SuperAntiSpyware and do a full scan of you're your system. It might be spyware or malware of some kind.
