    Porn addict- want to stop.
    I am addicted to pornography. I want and need to stop, but I can't keep sexual thoughts out of my head for more than a few minutes... I've been addicted for 5 years. Help. Help. Please, I really try to stop at times. The longest I've gone is 5 days without looking at porn and jacking off. I just can't find the will power to stop myself.

    Find a lover. Maybe several lovers, LOL. If you're a male, which is my guess... and young. I suspect late teens or twenties... hell, you could be in your thirties... only a lover will ease your cravings. Hell, get a sheep if you got to, LOL... but you'll have problems till you do find a lover, because on a scale of 0 - 10, jacking off is a 1.

    Hello DD:

    Don't believe what you've heard!! There is no such thing as a porn addiction. Sexual thoughts are NORMAL. Whacking off is NORMAL. Porn is FINE!
