We had sex a 8 days ago exactly and she said she might be pregnant. Is that even possible to tell? I broke up with her a couple days after we did and we did unprotected for around a minute and I let it outside of her. She is mad and is known to do mean things if she is upset.

First of all did you have unprotected sex for the first time eight days ago? If yes then she's lying it takes a minimum of 40 days to know for sure.

She said that her breasts are getting bigger and that she feels sick after a week. Then she told her sister that she missed her period is late and its not till the beginning of the month. Is it possible?

It's always possible when you have sex, especially unprotected sex. But, again, you won't know for sure until she takes a pregnancy test.

Typically no. You see it takes 3-5 days for the sperm to go from the vaginal canal up through the uterus and into the fallopian tube where the egg is fertilized. Then it takes another 3-5 days for the fertilized egg to travel back down the fallopian tube where it implants in the uterus. So we have an average of 6-10 days here before implantation actually occurs.

So, typically no, she won't get symptoms in a week.

She may have lied about her period being late, or her period actually was late. Late periods happen for many reasons, not just pregnancy.
