    What can cause itching in men with no rash?
    I have itching on different areas of my body that come periodically, sometimes brought on by sneezing. There are no rashes and the itching occurs on my head and upper body. It comes and goes, is intense, and not relieved by scratching. I am a 55 year old male.

    What is causing this, and how can it be treated?

    It could just be dry skin. Try using lotion, and see if that helps.

    Could it be a allergic reaction? Maybe something environmental. I am leaning towards dry skin as well.

    If lotion doesn't help then get a referral to a dermatologist. They'll figure it out.
