    You'll just have to apply for a grant like anyone else. There is no "magic" way to do it if you are a felon.

    There is no special grants for felons to start a business. You can apply for business grants, that will help along with private financing and business loans that you get from the banks.

    What kind of business is it that you are wanting to start? Knowing that would make a difference in the kinds of answers that you will receive here. There are different ways of approaching how to initially fund starting a business depending on what the business is going to be.
