YouTube - In the Air tonight LIVE- phil collins (this song is so intense. I listened to it all the time durning and after my break up with my ex. Such a cray song. I've heard it's about a friend of collin's let their other friend drown, others say it's about his wife divorcing him, some say it's about him catching his wife cheating on him, and some other ones too. I think it's about betrayl and getting even, Muah hahaha. Or at least betrayl, and not letting it take you down.)
YouTube - shotgun messiah - heartbreak blvd
YouTube - Shotgun Messiah - Living Without You (at least listen to it till the part about a tear in the eye. Haha, funny stuff.)

Here is another one, the full lyrics
I've been a martyr for love
And I will die in the flames
As I draw my last breath
As I close in on death
I will call out your name
I've been a martyr for love
Nailed up on the cross
While you're having your fun
As the damage is done
I'm assessing the cost
I knew what I was letting myself in for
I knew that I could never even the score
I've been a martyr for love
I need to be by your side
I have knelt at your feet
I have felt you deceit
Couldn't leave if I tried
I've been a martyr for love
Tortured every hour
From the day I was born
I've been moved like a pawn
By the greatest of powers
I knew that I would have to suffer in vain
Aware that I would never outgrow the pain
I've been a martyr for love
I've been a martyr for love
I've been a martyr for love

Anita Baker "No More Tears"
Carrie Underwood "Before he Cheats" (but don't exactly do what the song said because you would end up having a lot of legal problems)
Mary J Blige "No Drama"
Pattie LaBelle "Call Me Gone and Can't Bring Me Down"
Rihana "Take a bow"
Beyonce "Irreplaceable"

Your last one isn't really a song I would listen to after a break up, unless you want to kill yourself. It is a VERY depressing song, in my opinion...
NOTHING COMPARES TO YOU... ERR... ME!

"Yesterday" - originally done by The Beatles but beautifully redone by Syesha Mercado last year on American Idol!
YouTube - Syesha Mercado - Yesterday
I was going to link to the "studio version" of her covering this song but she did so incredibly well live.

Break/break-up : Not sure how things are left
[ 7 Answers ]
I've been seeing a girl for a few months, unfortunately a lot of it is long distance (as I am at Uni away from home). It seemed to go really well, could talk for hours about anything, she told me that every minute with her was perfect, I was all she wanted, and she loved me so much... etc etc.

80's or 90's female pop song: Always says Break Out
[ 1 Answers ]
This song was from the 80's or 90's. A pop song by a woman. She sounds like Gloria Estefan but it is not her. I thought the name of the song was "Break Out". It think goes:
Don't start------ to ask,
Just when your finally going to make it pass,
Do what you want-to-do say what you want...
A song for anyone dealing with a break up

I just heard the perfect song (for dealing with a break up) on the radio!
Idina Menzel - BRAVE

And tomorrow is a little overwhelming
And the air is cold and I'm not the same anymore.

Answer-ers,
