Francis Roth etching Le Foucheret

I have a French etching signed by Francis Roth. I bought it at an estate sale. The very old sticker on the back reads:
French Etching
Artist's Proof
Original in Color
by Roth #311
Title: Le Foucheret
Copper plate being inked and painted by hand
Hand made proof
Published in Paris
Plate destroyed after the Limited Edition.

At the top of the print it says: Copyright 1929 by L'Estampe Francaise - Paris

on the lower left 74/280 is written. on the lower right it is signed Francis Roth and that is underlined.

Was this a mass produced print or does this print have any value?

Thank you.

I think that it most likely is a mass-produced print by the Paris Etching Society. There is more information about those particular prints on the following link. http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/art/par...ad-155531.html

Whether or not it currently has any monetary value would be determined by what people might be willing to pay for it and information that might be gleaned from searches for similar prints of works on the Internet by the same artist. I will do some searching and get back to you.
