    Glacier Bay Web Site
Can someone tell me if there is a web site for Glacier Bay faucet parts or if Glacier Bay has their own site? Looking for plastic diverter stem (I think that's what it is called) for a shower faucet.

    Hi Glake,
    They do have a website:

    Glacierbayfaucet.com

I was having difficulty accessing it though. Perhaps you'll have better luck later.

Glacier Bay is carried by Home Depot.
Most Glacier Bay faucets are manufactured by Globe Union Industrial Faucet Company of Canada , China, and elsewhere. Their brands, besides Pegasus and Glacier Bay, include Danze and Gerber.

I bought a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet a few years ago at Home Depot. The Handle just broke and Home depot has almost no parts for these. I did some digging and called a number I was given. Man answered the phone and then asked for my model number. I gave it to him and he told me that many models of Glacier Bay Faucets are LIFETIME GUARANTEE. He is sending me the handle and a complete new spray head, FREE, and said if I have any more trouble, Call him.
This is almost unheard of today, a company that truly honors a Lifetime Guarantee.

Glacier Bay Parts can be reached at (877) 708-0007

    Three Cheers for Glacier Bay.

Have the glacier bay teapot 4 in two handle lavatory in brushed nickel faucet. It is now leaking but I can't see how to repair. There is a round piece on top of the hot water side marked H and one on the cold water side marked C. With other faucets you remove these and take the stem out for repair. I can't get the H or C out to remove the stem. How do you remove the stem to replace washer?

It looks like Glacier Bay's main manufacturer/distributor in the U.S. is Home Depot.

You should be able to see pictures etc. of Glacier Bay stuff using Home Depot's online store using this link: click here.

    Thanks CB...

Home depot does indeed carry the glacier bay line, but for most repair parts or specification sheets people will need to contact glacier bay directly at (877) 708-0007.

For faucets themselves they can click on this link:

    http://glacierbayfaucet.org/

    Thanks again,

I had an experience similar to Secarisma (above) but with a different phone number:
    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/plumbing/glacier-bay-283919-2.html

And a different web site (also useless) than listed here.

I was placed on hold for a short time, the phone was answered as parts helper. I gave my model number and they are shipping me the part, no questions asked should arrive in 3-5 business days. The phone number is 1-877-580-5682. They also gave me a parts order confirmation number. This product has a lifetime warranty.

Glacierbayfaucet.com immediately takes me to the Home Depot site. Can't access the Glacier Bay site.

Glacierbayfaucet.org is NOT Glacier Bay products website. It is a blog site for someone (probably a plumber). There is no Glacier Bay website. The address on the warranty that came with my faucet, purchased from Home Depot is a Home Depot address

The number 877-708-0007 is answered ATL services; a division of Mad Gal? Faucets. NOT Glacier Bay

To return a Glacier Bay faucet that is 10 months old, hot water handle stem broke off. Home Depot, where it was purchased said I had to go through the manufacturer. But Home Depot distrubutes Glacier Bay.

Try these numbers... one of them should work... *crossing fingers*.

    1-877-580-5682.

    1-800-220-3036

Please post back on the results, OK?

    Thanks you...

I tried both numbers; got a husky sounding woman who said, "You have reached Glacier Bay, please leave a message." It interrupts the message I leave to say, "Goodbye". The other connects me (after a half hour wait) to a distributor that says they don't make the particular model I have and gave me another toll free number, 866-881-7890. That connected me to a lovely sounding woman, more professional, that said, "I am either away from my desk or on the phone, please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible." She left me a message saying to call Vickie at 866-863-1500. She also said if I was calling about bath faucet #164-893 to call 866-863-9931. Just called it... got the same voice mail message. Left a message. Meanwhile, I researched Glacier Bay & found it is a division of Globe International. They actually sent a message back, & said I could send them model number or pictures of broken faucet... they will make arrangements for Home Depot to refund me.

    Hi Carolsue...

Quite the run around... huh? Thank you for posting your experience on this... may be helpful in discouraging others to purchase the glacier bay line of faucets if it is going to be this much of a hassle!

    Thanks again!
