A logging company has recently started working behind my house. For the past 2 nights, my daughter has been saying someone is watching her. Like throughout the house. It would seem to me that something was disturbed. She has been fine up until now and has never said anything about a ghost, but she knows what they are because of Halloween. It's not very avoidable...However, she has never been afraid to walk around our house. She has never said anything. Whatever it is, my son is acting strangely, too. He has been sleeping in his own room from the time he was born and I've never had a problem. He started screaming and crying, refusing to be alone in the room. If left alone, he tries to find anyway out that he can. I stood outside the door today to watch and he tried to crawl UNDER the door. I am not saying it's true, but I believe there are some things that some people are more perceptive to than others. I, myself have felt and seen things my whole life. I would not doubt that my children have that ability as well. Just monitor the behavior. Don't cave at bed time if she says she is afraid. See how it goes for a few more weeks.
