Vaginal discharge/ Pain in left side of stomach(Bottom part)
Before were using condom as a protection for almost 3 years and all of a sudden we stop using it. Even before I took my first pap smear I been having this light yellow discharge and sometimes it appears white. I feel burning after sex. Other than that, I 'm having sometimes pain in my left side at the bottom of my stomach which I think its part of Appendix. When I press it I feel pain, and I'm having Frequently Urination most of the time. I don't know if iI have a diabetis already. To tell you what, I don't want to go back to my ones doctor who assest me with my pap smear because I don't like how he handle the patient, I rather get another opinion that can really know my symptoms and that could help and treat me. So I made an appointment from the other Clinic and I'm scheduled this coming 19/07. Please, tell me is this the right Idea? And give me more opinion please.. thanks again:

    Hi,

I think that it is your right as a person to get a second opinion if you did not like the first one. Also if you don't like the way the other doctor was treating you or your symptoms then I would have done the same thing. You are the one and only person who knows your body and it it is up to the medical professional to help find out what is wrong in a professional manner without making you the patient feel uncomfortable. As for the problem you are experiancing it could be one of many things it could be a yeast infection, or an ovarian cyst which would cause the pain and discharge. So I would say that by seaking the second opinion you made the right move.

    Hope this helped.

I would say to seek a second opinion if you did not like the original medical professional you went to. Make sure to explain all of your symptoms when you do go to the doctor. I have to say I highly doubt it is your appenix, being that it is on your right side, not your left. White discharge is normal during certain times of your cylce, yellow, not so much. You could have an STD, or some other infection. Burning after sex is cause for concern. This is why you should always use condoms if you don't know 100% that your partner isn't sleeping with someone else. Also, what did you mean that you don't have diabetes yet? Diabetes isn't something you just get. Is it genetic in your family? Are you obese? Why would you think that you will have diabetes if you don't now? Anyway, I would say that you need to schedule an appointment earlier than July (like within the next month if possible) and find out what is going on with your body. Make sure that you get tested for STD's and use condoms from now on. Again, make sure you inform the doctor of all of the symptoms you are having. No one knows your body like you do, and if something seems different to you, you need to let them know. Good luck. I hope everything turns out okay.

You might have a yeast infection. HPV causes burning after period also... and can lead to cervical cancer... you definitely need to get it checked out. It might also be a cist, or kidney infection I know when I have a kidney infection I urinate a lot and have pain.
