I have a mirena iud on for 20 month and the last 3 month I haven't have my period, 3 weeks ago I did a pregnancy test and it was negative I need to know what do I have to do/

However in saying that,no contraception is 100 % effective.

When I first got the mirena inserted I bled for 6 months and then a trickle and then nothing for about 8 months before it fell out.

When I got the next one in I bled for 2 months and then a trickle,now nothing.

However I feel well and have no other problems.

But as I said,no contraception is 100% effective and women have become pregnant with the mirena in, my advice is to see your doctor.

No one on line can tell you if your pregnant or not.

I too have not had my period for about two months. I took a test two weeks ago, but it was negative. Im 18. I can't be pregnant and I am so worried, because I have other symptoms or pregnancy.
