I have a hard large painful bump on my left labia. It's the same color as my skin. I had one on the other side but it went away, then I got this one. What is it?

Could be an ingrown hair or a sebaceous cyst. You could always check with your doctor to make sure it isn't an STI or something else to be concerned about.
