There is no way to lose 50 to 60 pounds in a month that's healthy, and no one will recommend a diet plan that isn't healthy on this site.
The best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat and exercise. It won't happen quickly. If you follow a good eating program and exercise program you can expect to lose between 2-5 pounds a week.
Talk to your doctor. He/she should be able to suggest a healthy diet plan, based on your size, health, medication etc.
I wish I still had a link to a radio DJ who did that once, and all his hair fell out. That's just for starters.

The only person I've ever known that lost 60 pounds in a month was my dad. He had cancer. He died shortly after that.
There's no healthy way to lose that amount of weight in a month. The usual rule is that it will take you twice as long to lose the weight as it did to put it on. So, if you gained 20 pounds in a year, expect it to take 2 years to take that weight off.
