    Face Fats
    I am 87 kg and 175 cm tall, am not chubby but I have a lot of fats I don't want around my waist and in my face, I need to lose like 5 kg but most important is how to los emy FACE FATS?

    There are no excersies for that, I have plenty of fats in my checks and chin, keep moving up and down when I run or jump or whatever..
    I want to know hwo to lose my face fats without surgery and without wiating for over all fats burning to see some result on my face.

    Any ideA?

    You should try cycling. My mom cycled for three months and she lost a lot of weight fomr her face as well and she wasn't even fat or anything nor did she have a chubby face, but you an overall cardio should do it. You'll lose fat from all over your body

    Hmmmm... hard to say.

    As you said you are not chubby so I guess it is just your body posture.

    When you were a kid, did your face already show some chubby parts?
