    Snowblower not getting gas
I have a craftsman 536.886120 snowblower that will briefly start up than stall repeatedly.

I will use primer and will start again for a few seconds then die out like it is not getting gas to carb

Disassemble carb. Clean. And put back together.

Make sure fuel tank isn't rusty.

Fun part is setting the idle. Know how to do that?

This happened because there was gas in the system and no fuel stabilizer.

You should be able to find a diagram on Parts & Accessories | Shop & Find Lawn & Garden, Appliance Parts at Sears PartsDirect | SearsPartsDirect.com from Sears. Carb rebuild kits are about $10, but it's probably not necessary.

I was about to remove carb to clean but decided to play with throttle adjust screw first just to see if that would make any difference and the problem was solved - one of the easier fixes for sure:)

    Thanks again

There is usually 2 screws. One for low speed and one for high. The smaller one is low speed. Glad you got it fixed.

Check the primer hose on snowblower chances are it is broken that is why fuel is not getting into the carburetor:)
